Discover Health. Connect Local.
Meraki Wellness, Inc., a local non-profit, in collaboration with the City of Atlantic Beach, presents the 2nd Annual Beaches WellFest.
Start the day with Run WellFest, our first ever 5K Beach Fun Run!
Kicking off the festival at Johansen Park is an energetic yoga flow with MBody Yoga on our Baptist Health Main Stage. Plan to spend the rest of the day taking classes and visting our over 30 amazing sponsors; including local resources that provide physical, nutritional, mental, and fitness services to help you along your health journey; teaching you how to integrate changes to build a lifestyle of wellness.
Connect with local health and wellness resources and discover what your community has to offer to help you improve your wellbeing. Enjoy a latte from Chaunies Coffee and Such or stop by kraVegan food truck or Homespun Kitchen's mobile stand for lunch and stay to learn, grow, move, connect, and be part of something that will change the way you feel about holistic wellness.
We have also partnered with Precision Imaging Center to bring their 3D Mobile Mammography Unit to WellFest. There is no referral necessary for annual screening for women 40+ and the mobile unit offers a relaxed atmosphere with a friendly, professional, all-female clinical staff. Schedule your appointment and save your spot now! (904) 996-8100
